Candidates considered for any of the production roles will be responsible for performing general labor duties, machine set up and operation, and testing raw materials. Candidates need to be comfortable working in messy and wet environments. These roles are very physical and will require candidates to lift upwards of 35 lbs. on a regular basis, crawl under and around machinery, and work in a very humid environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-3+ months of working in production or dirty warehouse environment
-Ability to lift more than 35 lbs. on a regular basis
-Comfortable working around bulk raw materials, moving equipment, and other conditions associated to a cement board man
90 Day Contract to Hire & with good attendance, performance, individuals will receive $1000 Bonus after 90 days & another $1000 after 180 days but will go direct with the company after 90 days. ($2000 Total)
· Contract to hire is set in place due to safety training purposes, understanding how the company operates as a whole and the products they distribute to their customers.
· Once direct after 90 days, pay bump of $1.00/Hour is applied to your position and can start to receive certifications in different areas of the warehouse that come with additional pay rate increases once certified.
