THIS WILL BE REMOTE. Candidates must have: -Desktop computer or laptop WITH and additional monitor (NO MACS) -Ethernet cable -Windows 10 or better and 8 GB of RAM - 85 mbps download speed (https://www.speedtest.net/) 1+ year of retention, highly escalated phone sales experience 1+ year of call center experience Computer proficiency and ability to work between multiple screens and software NOTES FROM MANAGER: 1. Receptionist is not considered call center experience. 2. Want to see duties under each job they had and months need to be on there. 3. Will review resume with sales experience but that is not a guarantee they will go forward with interview 4. Retail experience is not acceptable 5. Grammar errors on the resume is an automatic disqualification We would like to know that they can: Troubleshoot without scripts Type efficiently - no pecking (35 WPM or faster) Willing to deal with angry clients and difficult calls
