Part/full-time Admin Assistant with manufacturing company - Vancouver, WA.
Job Description:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
General administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, emailing project work and info.
Operational data entry including project labor and cost input.
Project order entry - as needed help with order creation and managing Kan Ban board.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
Generate reports for Executive and Operations teams.
Provide customer service and maintain relationships with vendors.
Maintain appropriate inventory level of office supplies.
Update logs and other forms.
Assist VP of Operations with operational issues.
Work with HR for operational hiring positions. 12. All other duties issued by the VP of Operations.
Skills:
microsoft office, order entry, Clerical, Scanning, Administrative support
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Self-starter and ability to manage individual time effectively.
Ability to review and understand metal details and prints.
Basic understanding of manufacturing practices and equipment.
Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Understanding of decimal and fractions.
High School education or equivalent required.
Minimum (2) years of Office or Administration experience
