Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, focusing on commercial and light industrial construction projects. The successful candidate will prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, analyze labor, material, and time requirements, and submit budgets, bids, and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements.
- Submit budgets, bids, and contracts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in construction estimating
- Experience in a commercial or industrial construction setting
