Job Description

The FSQ Technician is responsible for auditioning production paperwork and conducting QA/QC tests on cheese and liquid food samples. The role requires working on a 3-day rotation of tasks which include production quality checks, lab quality testing/analysis, and quality assurance responsibilities. Key duties involve obtaining samples for testing, performing daily batching scale verifications, preparing lab testing materials/supplies, updating daily temperature logs, and maintaining critical quality control reports. The FSQ Technician must ensure compliance with plant safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following the company’s Good Manufacturing Processes.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Germantown, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Food Manufacturing Facility and Micro & Chemistry Lab. Close team with high accountability and teamwork. Train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks (possibly 1 week, depending on how quickly candidates grasp their training).
