Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and contribute to our industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong take-off and conceptual estimating skills and will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver accurate and timely estimates.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed take-offs and conceptual estimates for industrial and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on project requirements and objectives.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Utilize estimating software to develop precise pricing and cost estimates.
• Participate in bidding processes and contribute to the preparation of construction documents.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in take-off and conceptual estimating techniques.
• Strong understanding of pricing and cost estimation methodologies.
• Experience with estimating software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
