Job Title: Clinical Trial Assistant I Dietary

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Clinical Trial Assistants to support our clinical research teams in ensuring the most effective and efficient conduct of clinical trials. You will assist with food preparation and dietary requirements per the clinical trial protocols and be cross-trained on other research tech activities. You will provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operations Department and assist project teams with study-specific documentation and guidelines. Responsibilities include setting up, organizing, and maintaining clinical study documentation, processing Data Collection Forms, assisting in quality control audits, coordinating Investigator payments, producing presentation materials, and tracking team member activities.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Madison, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Shifts are available for 1st (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST) and 2nd (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST) at Clinical Research Unit in Madison, WI.
