Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing all incoming raw materials to the production floor during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for staging and preparing all required materials for upcoming shop orders and the next production shift. Your duties include reading and interpreting shop orders and pull sheets to determine material requirements, verifying material availability against the production schedule, and communicating any shortages. Additionally, you will transport raw materials from the cooler/dry goods warehouse to designated production areas, support cycle counts or inventory audits as needed, and follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and company procedures. You will also operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming raw materials to the production floor during assigned shift.

Essential Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, production, or material handling environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read and comprehend production documents, such as shop orders and labels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management, RF scanners, packing, general labor, shipping and receiving, order picking, and packaging.

Work Environment

This position operates in a GMP environment Monday through Thursday. Expect 40-50 hours a week with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Work attire should be in compliance with safety and GMP standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monticello, WI.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.

KPI Bonus: Up to an extra $2.00/hr on a weekly bases- Based on productivity Medical, Dental, 401k Annual raise .30c-.50c Family feel culture where everyone helps each other out in the facility 4-10s which people enjoy (this decision was made by the people - survey)

This is a fully onsite position in Monticello,WI.

This position is anticipated to close on Dec 19, 2025.
