Chemist Operator

Description:

This person will be facilitating chemical reactions for the API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) and flavor and fragrance industries. They will produce API's. They will be directly making chemicals that have to do with vaccines and other API ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry. Will work with glassware and other small scale systems to produce product. Will involve a 50lb lifting requirement as they may move carts of chemicals and packaging to be put into reactors. Will work with reaction chambers, distillations equipment (20L to 200L), drying filters (50 gallons to 1500 gallons)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BS Degree in Sciences (Chemistry preferred) OR HS Diploma 1-2 years experience in facilitating chemical reactions in an API environment.
