Provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and phone equipment.
Respond to queries in a timely manner.
Asks questions to determine nature of problem.
Walks customer through problem-solving process.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention.
Trains computer users.
Maintains daily performance of computer systems.
Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software.
Cleans up computers.
Runs diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Resolves technical problems within Local Area Networks (LAN)
Escalates issues within appropriate timeframe
Satisfies continuing education requirements to maintain professional certifications as necessary and to maintain proficient knowledge of all banking rules and regulations

Top Skills Details:
Help Desk Support - will be setting up new employees with software programs, terminating employee software access, responding to employee technical problems, etc.
Customer Service - need to have strong customer service skills where they are friendly, patient, problem-solvers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in computer related field
Experience working in a help desk capacity, preferably in the banking industry.
Comptia Security+ or Network+ Certified
