The Compensation Analyst manages the US job analysis process flow. Responsible for day-to-day administration of base pay, to include the annual merit planning process, as well as short-term incentive plans and their relative annual payout processes. Responsible for executing the annual salary survey participation process as well as assisting with day-to-day tactical items of the long-term incentive plan. This role assists with the development of and owns the maintenance of compensation structures to ensure they attract key talent. The Compensation Analyst participates in the communication and implementation of various components of the Company’s pay and rewards programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives and recognition programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
-2+ years of HR experience, or a related degree with 1+ years of HR experience preferred
