Description:
Currently, we are looking for IT professionals who have 1-2 years of helpdesk/desktop support experience. We are looking for tier 2 supports for about 800-1200 tickets per month. They are documented using the Cherwell ticketing tool. The technical issues will revolve around user hardware, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, security access user rights, network connectivity, applications/printer supported hardware. This person will go into the ticket queue and be working on the escalated tickets. This person may have to work with many different teams when determining the solution including, network, server, storage applications.
They will spend a mix of their time directly on the phone with the end-users or working on tickets and then calling the user back or escalating further.
This position is expected to be on-site in Green Bay.
The shift we are looking to fill is - Tuesday through Friday 6:00-4:30. There is an on-call schedule- you will be on call for a week every 7 weeks as it rotates.
