Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for conducting towed array module physical inspection, electrical testing, troubleshooting, array assembly and shipboard installation and removal of towed bodies while working pier side, in all weather conditions and/or in a warehouse environment. Travel overseas and within CONUS on short notice may be required. This position has occasional requirements for overtime work in order to meet US Navy operational schedules and may have occasional requirements for extended travel to support surge work at other Towed System IMAs in order to meet US Navy operational schedules. Selected applicant will receive on the job training and is expected to qualify as a Towed Systems IMA technician. Selected applicant must be able to interact with Navy, Government and civilian support contractors. For advancement consideration within the IMA program (when positions become available) the selected candidate must be a qualified Pier-Side Supervisor in accordance with Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS) requirements. Candidate must be capable of performing routine assigned work with minimum supervision. Engineering Technician II

Description The Leidos National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) Program is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Office of Policy and Engagement (APL) and The Office of the Administrator (AOA). The Office of Policy and Strategic Engagement leads agency efforts to increase the safety and capacity of the global aerospace system as well as other major initiatives. The incumbent will provide high level program management and analyst support to executives and key stakeholders from multiple Staff Offices and/or Lines of Business. Specifically, this work directly supports the FAA's safety mission and statutory requirements across multiple functional areas including safety oversight, security, and FAA Reauthorization implementation activities. Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across FAA, Department of Transportation (DOT), and other federal agencies.</li><li>Directly responsible for the business operations of AOA, APL, and across the agency to include full lifecycle meeting facilitation, logistical coordination for engagement sessions, monitoring the office mailbox, as well as creating and maintaining collaborative calendars in Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Support executives and technical actions for the FAA Administrators, management team, and staff-including logistical support, administrative briefings, and urgent action items.</li><li>Directly responsible for the development and finalization of all documents delivered to the Chief Administrative Officer, internal and external stakeholders, as well as Congressional hearings.</li><li>Utilize internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, E2, Concur, or agency-specific tools) to manage workflows and communication.</li><li>Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including processing country clearances, travel authorizations, and expense vouchers while adhering to federal travel guidance and budget parameters.</li><li>Conduct in-depth research to lead and/or support FAA staff with special projects and routine tasks.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
