You will lead supply chain risk assessments, drive Scopes 1 and 2 sustainability strategies, identify and scale Scope 3 reduction approaches, and develop long-term, customer-centered solutions for value chain transformation and systems change. The candidate will be expected to be a strategic leader who can develop a list of levers and prioritize based on impact, investment, cost savings for the organization and other dimensions. Likely focus areas will be on high emissions categories including beef, dairy, proteins and transportation. They will need to define and operationalize food system resilience at Sysco as the ability to anticipate, withstand, and adapt to disruptions across our value chain.
