Job Description The Vaccine Customer Representative (VCR) supports customers by providing clinical information on our Company's vaccines, as well as education and resources. Using the appropriate decision making to ensure the highest quality of production. </li><li>When the workstation is shut down, prompt action will be taken to secure help in problem solving and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
