Responsibilities: • Will be handling about 35-45 inbound calls per day, sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on how long each call lasts, average is about 11-14 minutes per call. • This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to insurance servicing questions. • Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. • The insurance questions will pertain to home owners insurance and will be from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. • Majority of calls will be in regards to payment and/or coverage questions. • The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls. • The CSR has to respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both our internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis. • Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner. Cardiovascular Technologist 

The RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. Assumes responsibility for coordination and planning of patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Administers all medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy. Job Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care. <li>Sanitizes work area prior to and post preparation of milk.</li>
<li>Prepares, labels and stores expressed breast milk in accordance with policy.</li>
<li>Requisitions and inspects supplies and materials in order to maintain inventory levels and to ensure that standards of quality are met.</li>
<li>Arranges milk prep rooms for ease of product visibility and according to inspection standards (Food Safety & Sanitation, EOC).</li>
<li>Rotates fresh milk to freezers to prevent expiration. Monitors prepared milk and discards if expired.</li>
<li>Measures/weighs fortification ingredients using a gram scale for powder products and a graduated cylinder, beaker or sterile syringe for liquid products.</li>
<li>Utilizes the standard recipe charts for preparation of human milk or uses the recipe provided in the comments section of the order.</li>
<li>Utilizes aseptic technique for preparation of all special mixed milk or modulars for human milk.</li>
<li>Maintains a strict schedule in order to complete the preparation and distribution of milk</li>
<li>Follows appropriate storage time for opened products, utilizing opened/expiration labels for all opened containers being stored.</li>
<li>Performs all delivery of expressed breast milk to patient’s room.</li>
<li>Responsible for properly utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li>
<li>Maintains necessary log books for utilization of donor human milk.</li>
<li>Assists patients with activities of daily living to include bathing, personal hygiene, nutrition and comfort measures, changing bed linens, and diapers.</li>
<li>Performs vital signs, heights, weights, head circumference & other measurements and records the results in the Electronic Health Record according to nursing and hospital policies & procedures.</li>
<li>Informs RN of pertinent information and/or communications all significant changes in patient condition or behavior. </li>
<li>Restock supplies such as gloves, gowns, linen, medical equipment, assists with room preparation and turnover.</li>
