Data Center Technician

Responsibilities: • Will be handling about 35-45 inbound calls per day, sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on how long each call lasts, average is about 11-14 minutes per call. • This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to insurance servicing questions. • Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. • The insurance questions will pertain to home owners insurance and will be from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. • Majority of calls will be in regards to payment and/or coverage questions. • The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls. • The CSR has to respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both our internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis. • Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner. What you’ll be doing: 
As a Delivery Driver, you will transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers.  At times, depending on volume, you will load your truck.

You will organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule. You will be a problem solver for our customers; providing customer support, accepting product returns and will be empowered to make your customers' day.  You’re our brand on wheels! 
You will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain as we deliver to our customers.
What you bring to the table:

 <li>An ability to be a safe and courteous driver who can navigate your way around a map and all kinds of weather and road conditions.  </li>
 <li>An ability to make sound decisions, be it driving, parking, safety related and/or customer interaction related. </li>
 <li>An inclusive approach with your colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration to resolve issues. </li>
 <li>An ability to use technology including GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) devices.    </li>
 <li>An ability and willingness to maintain cleanliness of vehicle including performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance concerns. </li>

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications: 
<ul>
 <li>Must have a valid drivers’ license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations. </li>
 <li>Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (No THC) to the extent legally permissible. </li>
 <li>Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role. </li>
 <li>Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).</li>
 <li>Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need. </li>
 <li>Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push and pull items weighing up to 400lbs. with the assistance of hand carts/material handling equipment, and occasionally maneuver up to 130 lbs.</li>
 <li>Must wear safety composite shoes.</li>
 <li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li>
</ul>
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

 <li>High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.</li>
 <li>Minimum 1-year of truck driving experience (operating a 16ft or longer straight truck) or comparable driving experience.   </li>
 <li>High volume package delivery experience.</li>
</ul>
