Primary Responsibilities: <ul><li>Engage with vaccine and infectious disease market access leaders in the US market to understand their strategic business questions and develop primary and secondary research plans to provide key insights and recommendations.</li><li>Be a thought leader and strategic partner for our business partners. Establish and manage close relationships with partners and stakeholders</li><li>The candidate should have the ability to lead agile working teams and pods, comprised of cross-functional stakeholder groups to solve Market Access questions to define, inform and enable access strategy.</li><li>Work with vaccine and infectious disease market access leadership to prioritize the work that needs to be done considering the capacity availability within DHH.</li><li>Travel may be required ( </li></ul> Education Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>Undergraduate degree in related discipline required</li><li>MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Public Health, Pharmacy, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science preferred</li></ul> Required Experience and Skills: <ul><li>Minimum of 8+ years of relevant delivery of complex market access projects in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry using market research and/or large patient or physician databases.</li><li>Experience could be from a similar role at a pharmaceuticals firm or at a management consulting firm. Strong understanding the pharma landscape and commercial analytics capabilities (market research, forecasting, data driven analytics, advanced analytics)</li><li>Experience leading diverse groups of work colleagues and positively manage ambiguity.</li><li>Ability to lead cross functional pods.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly</li><li>Professional experience in market research, applied data science and analytics, familiarity with visualization, data story telling is required.</li><li>Ability to understand business process and break down business questions into specific, tangible hypotheses and requirements to guide analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills with an appreciation for data oriented analytical methods.</li><li>Ability to operate in an unstructured environment and have strong organizational skills to create structure and clarity. The salary range for this role is $169,700.00 - $267,200.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
