Machine Assistant Operator (Flexo) - 3rd Shift

The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior service to customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, freight rates, allocations, and delivery dates, receiving new orders, and monitoring status of current orders. Additionally, the Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving complaints and requests for billing adjustments. The Senior Customer Service Representative normally handles larger and more complicated customer accounts and orders. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Receive, process, and track assigned orders through to scheduling. Consult with various internal departments to ensure order completeness, on-time delivery and accurate invoicing. Communicate significant information regarding customer accounts/orders to appropriate internal departments including ensuring Sales Representatives are informed of pertinent activity regarding individual accounts. Coordinate customer requests for product specifications, availability, shipping, quotations and estimates, samples. PCA is currently recruiting for a Plant Optimization Engineer based at the Jackson, TN corrugated box plant converting facility. Description of role: The Plant Optimization Engineer Position (POE) is a developmental program which focuses on hiring recent college graduates with degrees in engineering (0-2 years experience) into a rotational training experience with the goal of developing them into well-rounded employees and future leaders at PCA. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. What is PCA's POE Program? The POE Program is a 2-year rotational training program designed to give recent engineering graduates in depth, hands on technical training in the Maintenance and Production departments of a corrugated box plant, and a well-rounded understanding of the corrugated packaging industry as a whole. In addition, POEs will complete engineering process optimization projects throughout the box plant, typically in areas of scrap reduction, throughput improvements, downtime reduction, etc, and will provide engineering support to all plant functions as needed. Upon successful completion of the program, the Plant Optimization Engineer will transition into a new full-time role in the chosen career path either at their current plant, or another plant or paper mill that has an opening that aligns with their skills and interests. Electrician

Processor2nd shift (2pm-10pm- M-F)$22.81/hr Job DescriptionAs a Processor, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by loading raw materials into machines, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products. You will be responsible for mixing finished products according to established formulas and maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.Responsibilities<ul><li>Physically load raw materials such as spices, sugars, and seasonings into machines.</li><li>Maintain logs (both paper and electronic) of materials fed into machines.</li><li>Operate machines to ensure products are processed for the correct duration.</li><li>Perform quality checks on products as they exit machines and are packaged.</li><li>Prepare product according to established formulas, monitoring production needs.</li><li>Set up deck for daily schedules and operate equipment to assist in processing formulas.</li><li>Control additions of all metered and manually added/weighed ingredients using local control panels.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Experience in food manufacturing and processing.</li><li>Proficiency in operating processing machines.</li><li>Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards.</li><li>Quality control experience.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Related experience in food processing is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and standard operating procedures in English.</li><li>Possess math skills needed to verify quantities of ingredients.</li></ul>Why Work Here?Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits from day one of full-time employment, including medical, dental, and vision options.
