Assembly Technician

<h2 style="text-align:center;">Job Title: Maintenance Technician</h2><h2 style="text-align:center;">Pay: $34-36/hour</h2>Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated maintenance technicians to join our team. Initially, you will train on the 1st shift, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for six months. Following the training period, you will transition to a 12-hour night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production equipment in the manufacturing departments.</li><li>Develop familiarity with the area and parts for which you are responsible.</li><li>Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and manufacturing engineering to solve problems.</li><li>Engage with equipment suppliers directly and remotely to address and resolve issues.</li><li>Respond promptly to any observed spills or environmental hazards and report violations to the immediate supervisor or the Facilities/Environmental Coordinator.</li></ul>Job Type &amp; LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Kernersville, NC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $74880.00/yr.14% 401K.

Maintenance Technician

<h2 style="text-align:center;">Maintenance Mechanic</h2>Pay: $32–$33 per hourShift: 1st or 2nd Shift<h3>Job Summary</h3>Troubleshoot and maintain high‑speed manufacturing equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Diagnose machine issues, respond to fault indicators, and adjust equipment</li><li>Perform routine and corrective mechanical maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Complete machine cleaning, quality checks, and testing per work instructions</li><li>Set up equipment for various product styles and monitor KPI data</li><li>Use MES, document management systems, and other computer applications</li><li>Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>3+ years maintaining high‑speed equipment</li><li>Strong PLC, HMI, and electrical troubleshooting skills (Allen‑Bradley preferred)</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and basic computer proficiency</li></ul>Job Type &amp; LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tobaccoville, NC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.67 - $32.67/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
