Job Description Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. The shift supervisor is a critical position to ensure the overall success of operations. Working closely with operators, the supervisor leads, coaches & monitors their team to maximize productivity and achieve department objectives. Leads and develops people and ensures safety and environmental requirements. Collaborates with different departments as well to ensure a smooth plan execution, and collectively solve operational issues. Specific Responsibilities: <ul><li>Adheres to company's business practices/ethics policies and Environment, Health, and Safety standards.</li><li>Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring work processes and coordinating Team's activities in production. Training operators and track progress.</li><li>Ensures production schedule is followed, and production priorities are achieved by employees.</li><li>Sets priorities for operators, monitor attendance, productivity, and training to meet production goals.</li><li>Talent management such us compensation planning, performance evaluation and talent growth framework.</li><li>Responsible for time and attendance records in ADP, approve timecards for payroll, track vacation, sick leave, and any other employee leave approved by Sedgwick and using correct pay code.</li><li>Controls and plans employee overtime.</li><li>Works with employee relations to issue disciplinary actions, making sure employees adhere to company policies.</li><li>Works closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement activities to produce quality products for our customers.</li><li>Produces a daily report of shift production output and identify and address inefficiencies.</li><li>Maintain Tier Board and KPI dashboard activities and reporting.</li><li>Works closely with the technicians and reports any machine issues to request the prompt machine repair to accomplish production goals.</li><li>Leads daily meetings with direct reports to discuss safety, production, and company policies.</li><li>Leads monthly safety meetings with direct reports and promotes Safety First" culture. Job Description We're looking for a seasoned technical leader to join our Global Animal Health Manufacturing team and drive a world-class Asset Management, Maintenance and Reliability (MRAM) program across a network of ~30 manufacturing sites. This role will own the design, deployment and continuous improvement of a global reliability strategy based on ISO 55000 and company standards - applying systems engineering thinking to deliver measurable improvements in equipment availability, lifecycle cost, regulatory compliance and plant performance. You will partner closely with Operations, Site Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain leaders to embed preventive, predictive and precision maintenance practices, standardize work and spare-part strategies, and champion reliability-by-design across the asset lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technical change agent with broad global experience in asset management, maintenance, reliability and systems engineering. Job Description The Laboratory Operations Quality Specialist- AVS provides quality oversight of the Airflow Visualization Studies at the West Point vaccine manufacturing site. Quality Specialist - AVS

Job Description The PDMB Regulated Bioanalytics Department is seeking a Director to lead the Compliance team within the Late Development (AdVAnce) Vaccines bioanalytical group located at our company's new state-of-the-art AdVAnce GxP research facility in West Point, PA. At this new facility, we will combine the power of innovative robotics, IT platforms, and science to accelerate vaccines and enable late-stage clinical trials through the generation of timely, high-quality regulated bioanalytical data. A combination of molecular (e.g., PCR), serology (e.g., ligand binding titer immunoassays), and cell-based assays (e.g., neutralizing assays) will be utilized to generate pivotal safety and efficacy clinical patient data required for regulatory filings. The compliance team will ensure all operations, documentation, procedures, and filings meet all regulations and will focus on both the setup of these processes along with ongoing improvements. As the AdVAnce facility will not be fully constructed and ready for occupancy until 2026, initial roles will complete training and perform work primarily at our company's Springhouse Innovation Park facility in Lower Gwynedd Township, PA. The successful Compliance Director candidate will lead a team that focuses on the development, oversight, and improvement of labs processes, procedures, and data systems to ensure high-quality bioanalytical testing. Responsibilities will include technical writing (e.g. regulatory responses, SOPs, etc.), management of QA and regulatory inspections, review of data and lab processes, driving the evolution of systems and processes to ensure ongoing quality improvements, creating tracking mechanisms and monitoring lab key performance indicators (KPIs), and directly managing some lab operations (e.g. reagent prep, system validation, safety, etc.). Job Description The PDMB Regulated Bioanalytics Department is seeking a Scientist for the Molecular Lab team within the Late Development (AdVAnce) Vaccines bioanalytical group located at our company's new state-of-the-art AdVAnce GxP research facility in West Point, PA. Job Description The PDMB Regulated Bioanalytics Department is seeking a Scientist for the Late Development Vaccines Compliance team within the Late Development (AdVAnce) Vaccines bioanalytical group located at our company's new state-of-the-art AdVAnce GxP research facility in West Point, PA. At this new facility, we will combine the power of innovative robotics, IT platforms, and science to accelerate vaccines and enable late-stage clinical trials through the generation of timely, high-quality regulated bioanalytical data. Job Description The PDMB Regulated Bioanalytics Department is seeking a Compliane Senior Specialist and Technical Writer team within the Late Development (AdVAnce) Vaccines bioanalytical group located at our Company's new state-of-the-art AdVAnce GxP research facility in West Point, PA. At this new facility, we will combine the power of innovative robotics, IT platforms, and science to accelerate vaccines and enable late-stage clinical trials through the generation of timely, high-quality regulated bioanalytical data. A combination of molecular (e.g., PCR), serology (e.g., ligand binding immunoassays), and cell-based assays (e.g., neutralization assays) will be utilized to generate pivotal safety and efficacy clinical patient data required for regulatory filings. As the AdVAnce facility will not be fully constructed and ready for occupancy until 2026, initial roles will complete training and perform work primarily at our Company's Springhouse Innovation Park facility in Lower Gwynedd Township, PA. As a member of the Late Development Vaccines Compliance team, the successful candidate will oversee the quality and compliance of vaccines clinical testing and drive the implementation and optimization of compliant processes and procedures. This will primarily be done through demonstrated expertise in technical writing, including the authoring of procedures, regulatory or audit responses, process flows, and a variety of reports, including but not limited to those associated with deviations, investigation, validation, or data trending. The candidate will also participate in data reviews or process inspections to ensure generation of quality data, maintain metrics associated with quality lab operations, establish new/updated procedures, participate in the validation of computer or lab systems, and work across the Late Development Vaccines team to setup the new facility and laboratories. The ideal candidate will have experience in a GxP laboratory either in a compliance/quality capacity, operations, or lab scientist role with a emphasis on technical writing and a passion for driving efficient and quality processes within an innovative laboratory.
