Job Title: Shift Maintenance ElectricianJob DescriptionThe maintenance electrician plays a vital role in maintaining the plant's entire electrical systems and installing new systems independently to enhance safety and productivity.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and install plant electrical systems without supervision.</li><li>Read, edit, and create PLC Ladder Logic for production equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical and control systems.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.</li><li>Keep backup documentation for equipment settings.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors to resolve electrical issues.</li><li>Train other maintenance employees or operators on new systems.</li><li>Adhere to NFPA70E, OSHA, and company safety standards.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Ability to work with PLC programming and electrical schematics.</li><li>Problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Around 5 years of experience in an environment with high-tech machines.</li><li>Prior manufacturing, maintenance, electrical, and mechanical experience preferred.</li><li>Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 8 or more hours per day.</li><li>Experience in climbing, kneeling, stooping, and bending occasionally.</li></ul>Why Work Here?Join a company that prides itself on culture and motivation for long-term retention.
