Job Overview The Production Supervisor ensures workmanship meets IPC-A-610-C Class 2 quality standards. Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join our floral production team. As a Production Associate, you will help prepare and assemble beautiful flower assortments that meet our quality standards. This role is entry level and pays $16 an hour. The hours will be 5AM to 1pm Mon-Fri. You must have reliable transportation to get there each day. You will be on your feet all day and will be working in a refrigerated environment. Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect flowers from packages for quality and freshness.</li><li>Neatly place flowers on the production line while dry.</li><li>Operate machines to cut stems to the correct length.</li><li>Work as part of a team to run cut flowers through packaging.</li><li>Assemble assortments into flower bags according to work orders.</li><li>Follow instructions for volume and order accuracy.</li><li>Keep your work area clean and organized.</li><li>Perform basic counting and math to track orders.</li><li>Visually check flowers and bouquets for quality and accuracy.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.</li><li>Bilingual proficiency.</li><li>Basic math and counting skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Reliability and willingness to work in a cool environment.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Entry-level position—no prior experience required.</li><li>Spanish language proficiency.</li></ul>Why Work Here?Enjoy working in a family-owned company that offers a family feel.
