As a member of the digital marketing team, the Growth Marketing & CRM Manager will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to enhance patient engagement, retention and service-line growth. This role is responsible for developing data-driven, automated campaigns that deliver timely, relevant, and personalized communications across email, SMS and other digital channels. The CRM Manager will leverage AI, predictive modeling and advanced audience segmentation to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness. Working closely with the Corporate Communications & Marketing department, digital team and other departments, this role ensures that patient communications are consistent, efficient and aligned with organizational goals. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of care for their patients, communication with patient, family, and other caregivers, communication with physicians and other disciplines, and documentation of findings and outcomes. Assumes other responsibilities in the department such as program development, staff education, and student education. As appropriate, delegates treatment to the Physical Therapy Aide and monitors that treatment program. Complies with all legal and ethical standards of the state and the profession. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in this classification.  However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level.  Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification. 
 

1. Attends and participates in staff conferences and training sessions.

2. Attends rehabilitation conferences and discusses the status and progress of rehabilitation patients with physicians and personnel of other disciplines involved, such as physical therapy, nursing, and psychology; keeps records and makes reports of treatment, progress and psychological attitude of patients; coordinates activity with other services involved in patient care.

3. Confers with supervisor regarding problems and progress in assigned cases.

4. Interviews the patient and administers the appropriate tests and/or evaluations to assess physical and/or psycho-social dysfunction. These evaluations may include but are not limited to: range of motion, muscle testing, sensory integration, perceptual abilities, coordination, activities of daily living, pre-vocational, home evaluation, equipment needs, feeding and pre-feeding evaluations, and interpersonal relationship skills.

5. May instruct and supervise student occupational therapists assigned for training, C.O.T.A.'s and Occupational Therapy Aides assigned to assist in the program.

6. Plans an appropriate treatment program utilizing selected methods to achieve the desired treatment objectives and goals for patient rehabilitation. These methods may include but are not limited to: therapeutic exercises and functional activities to promote muscle return, sensory re-education, muscle facilitation, perceptual-motor integration, activities of daily living and transfer training, prosthetic training of the upper extremity, orthotic and adaptive equipment fabrication, and community re-orientation.

7. Reviews referrals by physician to note diagnoses, cautions, treatment ordered and results desired.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
Education: Possession of a Bachelor's Degree, certification or Master's Degree from an approved school of occupational therapy.

Minimum Experience: Entry-level position; prior experience in an intern or sub-professional capacity preferred.

Required Licenses/Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support Certification issued by the American Heart Association. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Required Licenses/Certifications: CPI -Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (required for all positions at John George Psychiatric Pavilion; and certain positions in the Emergency Department).

Required Licenses/Certifications: Current Licensure with the California Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist.

 

Pay: $73.51 / Hour

The pay range for this position reflects the base pay scale for the role at Alameda Health System. 16. Team Leader Responsibilities: Accepts responsibility for non-patient care duties, e.g. task forces, in-service new staff, and IOP, which aids in the delivery of care of the department.

17. Team Leader Responsibilities: Arranges schedules to accommodate patient care when a team member is absent.

18. Team Leader Responsibilities: Assigns new patients to team therapists taking into consideration workloads among therapists, variety of patients, clinical expertise, etc.

19. Team Leader Responsibilities: Assists new PT I Clinical Instructor in developing skills as a preceptor in the student program.

20. Team Leader Responsibilities: Makes sure schedules are up to date, coordinates the scheduling of Saturday coverage, arranges schedules to accomodate patient care when a team member is absent and ensures upcoming discharges are monitored.

Education: Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy.
