Job Title: OperatorResponsibilities<ul><li>Operate front-end loader to move and load recyclable materials into processing equipment.</li><li>Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean work environment.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting and maintain attention to detail.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Proven experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment.</li><li>Strong attention to safety and detail.</li><li>Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>Work EnvironmentWork hours are from 6 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional extensions to 5 pm. Saturdays may be required if there is work to be done. Steel-toed boots and a safety vest are mandatory for this role.Job Type &amp; LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ladson, SC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
