Inside Sales Account Executive 1

The Position Qualified applicants are invited to apply for the position of Assistant Wastewater Shift Supervisor at East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD). Reporting to and assisting either the Wastewater Shift Supervisor or Wastewater Treatment Superintendent, the Assistant Wastewater Shift Supervisor plans, organizes, and directs the operation and routine maintenance of primary, secondary, tertiary, solids handling and/or related treatment units at EBMUD treatment facilities; and assists in planning, organizing, and directing overall operations during an assigned shift. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing test results, computer data, daily logs, and other operating information and determining proper operating procedures to meet federal, state, and local standards. Staff Supervision: Maintaining a safe and effective work environment by prioritizing, organizing, and delegating the work of available staff; achieving satisfactory work performance by providing clear goals and guidelines, creating performance plans, discussing performance, providing feedback, and/or suggesting corrective measures.
