This newly created position is responsible for managing the Labor Relations master calendar, negotiation tracking systems, and supporting documentation across all business lines to ensure efficient planning and execution of labor initiatives. This role is central to the organization and visibility of Labor Relations activities enterprise-wide. The Project Manager partners with the Labor Relations professionals, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, Benefits, Contracts, Program Leaders, and SLT to manage timelines, deliverables, and data that enable successful negotiation outcomes and continuous improvement in labor practices.
