Responsibilities Data Center Operations • Demonstrates expertise in standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment, as well as a holistic understanding of the functions of, and interactions between, network and server equipment. • Ensures compliance with Data Center Services (DCS) business unit and service-level policies, procedures, and deadlines. • Completes assigned tickets efficiently and in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per task type while meeting or exceeding established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with minimal guidance from Microsoft Technician Leads. Job Title: TIG Welder and Tool and Die TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for inspecting and maintaining various dies throughout the plant. This position involves operating an overhead crane to move dies to the shop and conducting inspections on both mechanical and electrical components. The role includes performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs on cracked or malfunctioning dies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect and maintain different dies throughout the plant.</li><li>Operate overhead crane to move dies to the shop.</li><li>Conduct inspections on mechanical and electrical components of dies.</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on non-working or incorrectly cutting dies.</li><li>Utilize TIG welding skills on stainless steel for grinding and minor repairs.</li><li>Train into a Tool and Die Technician role, leveraging TIG welding experience.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Experience with TIG welding, especially on stainless steel.</li><li>Tooling or Die experience.</li><li>Familiarity with fabrication of guards and racks.</li><li>Experience with preventive maintenance or any dies maintenance.</li><li>Proficiency in operating overhead cranes.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with TIG welders with or without a foot pedal.</li><li>Experience with grinders and surface grinding.</li><li>Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical components.</li><li>Willingness to learn and be trained in die maintenance.</li></ul>Why Work Here?Enjoy opportunities for pay increases based on performance and assessments.
