We have an opening in the Maintenance Department for (2) Mill Mechanic - Skilled. Qualification for this position will require candidates to pass a series of written and practical exams. Rate $40.40 per hour. The duties and working procedures are listed below. Primary Function Electrician: Inspect, construct, install, alter, repair, store, lubricate, and maintain all electrical equipment pertaining to production, buildings, and power transmissions, etc. Mechanic: Construct, maintain, install, inspect, alter, adjust, repair, build, operate, rig and lubricate machinery, equipment, tools, and buildings. Maintain fire systems, alarms, extinguishers, and fire equipment. Machinist: Set up and operate a variety of machine shop equipment in shop and field. Assemble and disassemble equipment and machines. Pipefitter: Inspect, construct, install, alter, repair and maintain all pipe utilities pertaining to building and production throughout the plant. Welder: Perform duties necessary to plan lay out, and complete assignments related to burning, cutting, brazing, soldering gas and electric welding of all varieties. Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Machine Operator (Flexo) - 3rd Shift

Principle Accountabilities: Maintain and file records and complete and distribute reports for incoming shipments. Utilize computer system to generate reports/tags. Input and verify applicable information to ensure accuracy of counts and other data and accurately close bill of ladings. Input, upload, and manipulate data within spreadsheets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of all data. Proactively communicate with internal customers regarding scheduling changes for shipping/receiving. Assist department personnel, when needed, to balance the workload, organize area, and perform general cleaning. Communicate daily shipments/staging and cycle counting information to material handlers/production. Ensure all paperwork related to incoming/outbound shipments is accurate. Work on production line, as needed. Depending on staffing levels, may be required to operate forklift and maintain applicable licensures. Adhere to all safety and work rules, company policies and procedures. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma/GED. A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a forklift Ability to work the 2nd shift including weekends and overtime as needed Ability to work in production environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel. Prior experience in administrative role within a shipping/receiving/comparable area. RECEIVING CLERK - 2ND SHIFT

Principle Accountabilities: Assist with machine set-up in accordance with proper setup techniques. Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, scoring, folding, print, proper placement/application of the glue, etc., and communicate quality related issues back to operator and helper(s). Ensure finished boxes are properly stacked for unitizing and/or palletizing. Able to understand and follow instructions on factory card, as well as instruction given by operator. Maximize the utilization of equipment by effectively assisting the operator to run the machinery at available capacity and speed. Assist with training helper(s) with job duties on the machine. Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Lean Enterprise and Quality Data. Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Adheres to production schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor. Work with crew members for maximum efficiency of operation. Switch duties with other crew members, which may include operating, feeding, pulling, stacking, and packing, as required. Comply with all company policies, procedures and work rules, including but not limited to safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Regular attendance and timeliness are required. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma/GED. Lifting up to 45 pounds. Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment. Experience in folding/gluing machine work. Prior experience working as a crewmember on a machine crew. 2nd Shift Gluer Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES: Works as part of the production crew with a main focus on preparing the machine for the production run, according to the customer order . Assists with running orders when the machine is ready by watching the run continue smoothly and without problem. If a problem arises, such as machine failure, product quality is not to standard, or a shortage of paper, this individual notifies the operator of the problem. May need to work with management, maintenance, and other company employees to fix the problem. May be required to feed the machine on occasion. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or GED. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders. Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy Forklift traffic. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1 + year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Corrugator Stacker Operator: 2nd -OR- 3rd Shift

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for working alongside the Sales Manager to develop new business relationships, expand current customer relationships, and train sales representatives to facilitate new product ideas and designs based on customer needs. The Field Sales Manager proactively and creatively sells packaging and design solutions to address customer's business needs. Principle Accountabilities: <ul> <li> Review and prepare sales plans and programs based on a strong understanding of PCA product and service offerings in order to support client business solutions. </li> <li> Develop solid working relationships with each customer's account representatives and understand the customer's business and operation to identify additional revenue opportunities for PCA products. </li> <li> Set goals and develop strategies with the Sales team within an assigned territory and/or account with new or existing business. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of site equipment. May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc. May perform various building support functions related to meeting set ups. Will also perform white glove mail piece handling that requires a very detailed approach to assembling individual mail pieces from large volume print runs that require sorting and inserting mail pieces by hand for mailing through the USPS process. This position operates in a multi-shift environment and can include weekends. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Runs high-volume printing equipment, which may include high production in a mechanically sophisticated print environment, and performs binding and finishing work.</li> <li>Has the ability to set up and run all applications on all equipment.</li> <li>Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.</li> <li>Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.</li> <li>Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.</li> <li>Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.</li> <li>Responds to and coordinates all service calls required.</li> <li>May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.</li> <li>Delivers completed jobs to predetermined customer locations within and outside of the site.</li> <li>Maintains daily meter and service logs.</li> <li>Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.</li> <li>Ensures upkeep of all workstation areas and sorting stations by keeping them neat and well stocked.</li> <li>Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials.</li> <li>May perform meeting room and conference room set ups.</li> <li>May perform light maintenance duties as assigned.</li> <li>May perform occasional cleaning duties as needed.</li> <li>May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.</li> <li>Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler, and scales in completion of various contracted jobs.</li> <li>Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter, and some PC.</li> <li>Performs filing duties, which may include purging" and archiving old documents.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) <ul> <li>Requires high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related work experience.</li> <li>Some related copy job experience, preferably in a high-production, mechanically sophisticated print environment, is preferred.</li> <li>Requires valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per policy.</li> <li>Requires ability to learn complex production and/or communication systems, such as client-specific mainframe applications.</li> </ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES <ul> <li>Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.</li> <li>Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.</li> <li>Basic electronics knowledge is preferred.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.</li> <li>Ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.</li> <li>Ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.</li> <li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books, and related publications.</li> <li>Excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.</li> </ul>WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS <ul> <li>Requires frequent exposure to copier/fax machine noise, toner, and changes in room temperature, and may be exposed to frequent paper cuts from handling paper and opening boxes.</li> <li>Requires exposure to various weather conditions when walking between buildings; exposure to location equipment can present opportunities for injury or accidents.</li> <li>Makes daily telephone/in-person contact with customers, employees, managers, and/or Dispatch Department, and occasional telephone contact with vendors and equipment repair personnel.</li> <li>Tight deadlines and quick turnaround times impose high stress levels.</li> <li>Some physical effort is required, which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or similar activities, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 lbs. and pushing or pulling machines on wheels weighing up to 400 lbs.
