The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior service to customers. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Receive, process, and track assigned orders through to scheduling. Consult with various internal departments to ensure order completeness, on-time delivery and accurate invoicing. Manage on-hand inventory levels and reconciles to customer orders, forecasts and just in time schedules; this includes taking physical inventory at month end. May provide direction and support to other customer service representatives and/or provide back up to Customer Service Manager as needed. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Education equivalent to high school diploma required. Five (5) years' previous work experience in a customer service role with experience handling customer orders on an order entry system, and maintaining / building strong positive customer business relationships. Strong working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree or college accounting coursework. Two (2) years' previous work experience in the manufacturing sector, containerboard and corrugated packaging industry. Previous experience using an automated order entry system. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong attention to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. The ability to network and build relationships with individuals of various experience and corporate positions. Strong active listening and evaluating skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle detail oriented tasks and review multiple documents and reports. Sr. Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Operates wrapping equipment when necessary. Keeps stock and materials in orderly fashion. Documents materials unloaded and taken off trucks. Responsible for pulling job for production, inbound forms, inventory tags and counts on materials received or shipped. Assists other shipping and receiving material handlers to balance the workload, organize warehouses, and perform general cleaning. Follows rules and procedures relative to the safe and efficient operation of the forklift, also including reporting any missing, broken, bent or worn parts of fork lift to supervisor and/or maintenance. Alert to any obvious defects of incoming material. Adheres to all safety and work rules, company policies and procedures. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED. 6+ month's prior experience operating a forklift. Ability to work second shift. Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends. Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic. Ability to obtain and maintain PCA certified forklift license. FORK LIFT OPERATOR - 2nd Shift

We are seeking applicants for a Die Cutter Operator (1st Shift 6AM to 2PM and 3rd Shift 10PM to 6AM) position in our Tampa, FL facility located at 1450 Massaro Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33619 SUMMARY The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for all activities associated with running the rotary die cutters including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Set-up print and die cut sections of die cutters in accordance with proper setup techniques. Ensure all bolts on cutting dies are in place and tightly secured. Inspect anilox rolls for damage, before and after each run. Inspect all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run. Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to loose liner, warp, correct size, and print. Conduct all box checks according to the Process Control Plan and Product Quality Verification Form. Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed. Train and assist Assistant Operator with job duties on the machine. Switch duties with Assistant Operator as necessary. Complete necessary reports and production feedback in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data. Notify supervision for needed repairs. Adheres to production schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor. Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Abilty to make adjustments to machine settings to conform quality standards. Wears personal protective equipment at all times in the production area. Report to work on time as scheduled. Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime, and limiting waste. Assume active role in all plant and facilities related work. Assist all jobs on the plant floor. Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards. Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects. Responsible for leading machine crew with set-up and change overs. Problem solving skills required to resolve problems with the machine. May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours. Other duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or equivalent. At least 6 months experience operating a Die Cutter. Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
