Our Buffalo Grove facility, one of five in the US, is extremely clean, organized, and temperature-controlled. The production floor is divided into various lines where employees work within teams of 8-20 people. Contractors work in different cells, moving from area to area depending on the task and must be comfortable being trained and performing various tasks. Shift time is 7am-3:30pm, with optional overtime available.
