This career enhancing certificate will open doors to many opportunities in the IT space. Learn at your own pace and apply your skills with hands-on projects. You will be able to build a portfolio that will showcase your job readiness to potential employers. Best of all, it is all online. So, you can learn whenever and wherever it’s most convenient for you.
About the Google IT Support Professional Certificate:
The Google IT Support Professional Certificate program through Coursera is the gateway to learning the fundamentals of IT support for a rewarding career in IT. This five-course certificate, developed by top Google engineers, includes industry-relevant curriculum designed to prepare you for an entry-level role in IT support. In this course, you will learn computer assembly, wireless networking, how to install programs, deliver customer service in IT, and identify problems to troubleshoot & debug. Learn systems like Linux, Domain Name Systems, Command-Line Interface, and Binary Code. By dedicating 8-10 hours a week to the courses, you can get your Certificate in roughly six months.
This certificate will provide you with the skill set needed for an entry-level job in IT such as systems analyst, business analyst, support specialist, database administrator, IT technician, IT help desk, computer specialist, computer program, etc.
To qualify for this program:
- You must be eligible to work in the United States
- You must reside in the United States
- You must be over the age of 18
- You must be willing to provide weekly progress reports via your CareerCircle profile
- You must be able to complete the program in less than 6 months
