You can do all this and more at UCLA Health. In this key position, you will provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational support to the front-end FPG Financial Clearance Unit. This will include direct staff-level oversight for Insurance Verification, Authorization/Referral Management, Pre-Registration/Pre-Service Collections, and the Patient Advocacy Team. You will: • Ensure the achievement of performance and quality standards • Establish work prioritization for staff • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner • Coordinate and provide backup coverage for all workflow assignments • Coach/mentor team in adherence with FPG guidelines • Identify risks and propose mitigation solutions Note: This posted position is 1 of 3 positions available for hire. All applicants will apply through this requisition and if selected will be hired into one of the available positions. Salary Range: $71,500 - $154,900 Annually

We're seeking an adaptable, "out-of-the-box" problem solver with: • Previous supervisory experience, 3 years of health care industry work experience in Front-End Revenue Cycle as a leader is highly desired • Proficiency in Epic front-end applications such as ADT, Cadence, and Prelude • Understanding of physician revenue cycle and leading measures of performance • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations • In-depth knowledge of UCLA governance principles and managerial best practices • Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically UCLA Health is a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and dozens of primary care practices, specialty practices, urgent care centers and other ancillary locations throughout metro Los Angeles as well as the David Geffen School of Medicine.
