      • Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
      • Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system solutions for the customer's problems, including financial and performance-based considerations
      • Actively participate and travel for National Organizations, Tradeshows and other events in order to develop and maintain industry/trade relationships
      • Coordinate product training with suppliers and associations
      • Train company owned employees and independent distributors in the expectations to support National Accounts strategic objectives
      • Resolve market conflict between distribution channels that are in shared territories, while growing overall market share
      • Consistently ascertain customer's needs and current market opportunities
      • Keep current with and identify market trends and new ways to improve customer satisfaction & loyalty; strengthen our market position and accelerate revenue growth
      • Identify and communicate competitor activities and other industry activities that affect product management and sales growth
      • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in the creation of robust national and local marketing strategies
      • Work with distribution and regional sales teams as needed to reach plan goals
      • Develop multiple relationships with purchasing influencers in the customer's organization, including construction managers, vice presidents, and procurement leaders
      • Develop and implement best practices for establishing, building, and maintaining client relationships that positions the company as a provider of choice
      • Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

      • Collaborates with cross-functional teams - Sales, Marketing and Distribution, etc.
      • Aligns work with established sales goals and strategies
      • Product knowledge and HVAC industry knowledge a strong asset
      • Ability to read and comprehend residential architect and engineer plans
      • Demonstrates the ability to execute the consultative selling approach in a B2B environment; excellent relationship management skills
      • Ability to effectively negotiate agreements with customers and other related parties
      • Ability to comprehend detailed knowledge of Company products and services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trends
      • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
      • Proficient creating and presenting builder presentations using PowerPoint both verbal and printed
      • Ability to communicate effectively ideas, concepts, business plans and strategies
      • Develops quality interpersonal relationships and demonstrates flexibility and an open mind in social styles
      • Embraces the "customer and team first" concept and uses a collaborative style in problem solving
      • Frames professional activities through an organized and detailed time management system
      • Demonstrates discernment and sound judgment, applies strong work ethics and integrity on the job
      • 5+ years sales experience preferably in the HVAC industry
      • New Construction experience is preferred
      • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
      • Education and/or experience in RNC a plus

    Pay Range:
    • $100,000 - $125,000
