The Role

As part of the Prudential Financial ADA Strategy & Experience team, you will be responsible for supporting the ADA Governance model that applies to our digital assets.

Reporting to the VP of Web Accessibility and in close alignment with the Director, Web Accessibility you will support the continuous improvement of the program to ensure adherence to our accessibility standards, guidelines, and regulations.

What You Will Do:
  • Maintain the Enterprise Standard for digital assets consulting with the experts on the team and WCAG Executive Review Board as the ADA Landscape continues to evolve.
  • Maintain records and artifacts in alignment with the requirements of the enterprise standard.
  • Manage routing and/or responses to any requests related to the Accessibility help form.
  • Work closely with Accountable Executives, Accessibility SMEs, control partners, product, testing teams and application owners so that we can report on the state of the program to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Work with Vendor Governance and Vendor Engagement Managers on third party content in relation to our standard.
  • Manage and maintain the Governance SharePoint site.
  • Champion around the compliance framework ensuring integrity of the program.
This role is open to both Hybrid and Virtual candidates.

You're able to manage many moving parts: You also have 3+ years Program Management or governance/operations experience.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
