As part of our Company Manufacturing Division, within Global Science Engineering & Commercialization, the Large Molecule Science and Technology (LMST) is accountable for large molecule commercialization, Technical Product Leadership and Technical Operations.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Senior Specialist, Localization Technical Leadership. This role will work with a localization tech transfer lead in the Localization Technical Leadership group to effectively manage multiple alliance projects for large molecule localization throughout the tech transfer process.
Key elements of this role include managing team/partner interactions, supporting change management of internal and external stakeholders, planning tech transfer readiness activities, drafting and reviewing tech transfer documents, providing onsite technical support at the alliance partner site and supporting all other technical and project management activities in localization tech transfer. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to alliance partner sites to effectively manage the partnership and support associated tech transfer activities, Travel to regional hubs and localization markets as needed. Up to 30% travel may be required depending on maturity of the relationship. The incumbent will also have effective communication skills and tools for remote support to the partnerships throughout the localization tech transfer process.

- Comprehensive understanding of technical and operational aspects of Vaccine and Biological products
- Project management and oversight capabilities
- Basic knowledge/understanding of supply chain logistics
- Familiarity with regulatory filing activities/requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors of Science or Engineering, Biotechnology preferred
- 3-5 years Large Molecule Technical or Operations experience
- Biologics, Vaccines, or Small Molecules project management experience
