Pay and Benefits
Pay Range = $20.70 - $34.67 based on skills and experience.

401K Plan
1.5 Pay over 40 hours
Uniforms Provided
PCA provides up to 100 paid training hours per year to help technicians advance through the progressive skill levels and achieve higher pay.
PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.
PCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass.
Tuition reimbursement programs
Responsibilities
This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ Years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
Able to be on time to work.
Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
Ability to work shift work to support production schedules and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. Ability to work any shift and overtime, as needed.
Previous experience with process flows, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as pumps, engines, motors, pneumatic systems and valves, hydraulic systems and valves, conveyor systems, compressors, large rotating equipment, boilers, and other continuous process equipment.
Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.
