Timing: To start at the beginning of Summer 2024.
Location: Internship can be performed from our Nashville TN, Pittsburgh PA, New York or our Bridgewater NJ office

Additional details: Full time and In person.

Position Description: Assist SourceBlue marketing team with activities related to business development proposals, presentations, research, and development of marketing materials.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting research and updating marketing material across various system platforms, including primary slide deck, primary project list, case studies, project photo edits, MRC material, staff resumes, pursuit material, and newsletter material.
  • Graphic production and content development of marketing materials, digital asset management, and social media marketing.
  • File organization assistance
  • Website maintenance and addition of new material
  • Maintaining brand standards across marketing materials.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in college or university with accredited degree program in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized with good time management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to proofread
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate
  • Able to quickly learn and process information, take direction, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline-driven and team environment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft suite of applications
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred but not required
  • Flexible to work up to 40 hours per week or more as required
  • Reliable transportation and able to travel as requested

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly required to be mobile, and the employee regularly travels both short and long distances via a variety of conveyances. The employee regularly performs work on-site at construction work sites, office locations, and/or off-site venues. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works at construction work sites where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes, or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The noise in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in an office or remote setting. The noise in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate in an office setting. The employee is required to work in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
