Description

Leidos seeks a dynamic multimedia specialist with a knack for creative problem-solving and a flair for translating client needs into captivating visual solutions that enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft illustrations, infographics, videos, and interactive e-learning materials.
• Transform storyboard concepts into polished media presentations.
• Collaborate closely with Instructional System Designers and fellow Multimedia Artists.
• Ensure adherence to established style guidelines for artistic assets.
• Utilize project management tools for efficient task allocation and workflow management.
• Participate actively in team meetings to brainstorm and coordinate projects.
• Perform quality assurance checks on team members' artwork to maintain high standards.
• Develop branding elements and standardized training templates.

Required Qualifications:

• Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience or a Master's Degree plus 6 years of experience.
• Proficiency in the Creative Suite Master Collection, including After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Skilled in video and audio editing.
• Mastery of traditional illustration techniques, such as perspective, composition, layout, and line weight.
• Proficiency in various illustration styles and techniques.
• Experience with creating and manipulating vector graphics.

Desired Qualifications:

• Background in designing from storyboards.
• Familiarity with animation principles.
• Knowledge of gamification techniques.
• Experience using multimedia authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with process management tools like Jira.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00
