As a Senior Manager, Finance - Customer and Revenue Portfolio, you will play a key role in enabling smarter, faster, and more collaborative financial decisions across a growing portfolio of non-retail businesses.
You'll collaborate with finance, procurement, and business across the Growth organization to shape processes, accelerate execution, and build scalable financial infrastructure. Your work will ensure we continue delivering value to our customers while investing in what matters most-our associates, our communities, and our future.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.

You'll make an impact by:
- Supporting EDLC strategy execution across the CRG Finance team by enabling visibility, accountability, and progress toward key savings milestones.
- Applying structured project management to balance competing priorities, deliver milestones, and measure impact.
- Leveraging data to translate complex challenges into actionable workstreams that drive outcomes across functions.
- Contributing to a collaborative finance culture, sharing learnings and best practices across teams to support enterprise cost transparency.
- Driving Strategic Business Partnership
- Acting as the primary liaison between finance and the business, with a deep understanding of operational processes, system and tools, cost drivers, and vendor strategies.
- Partnering with procurement teams to optimize vendor selection and negotiation efforts-driving speed, transparency, and savings across key workflows.
- Building trusted, influential relationships that drive alignment and action across matrixed teams.
- Leading Marketing Spend Governance
- Establishing and running a prioritization framework and forum for marketing investment decisions, enabling smarter budget allocation aligned with business strategy.
- Supporting the CRG Finance FP&A activities such as forecasting, AOP/LRP and ROI evaluation.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for process transformation and change management.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills, especially in matrixed environments.
- Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, or forecasting across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving structure across multiple workstreams.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a clear bias for action.
- 4-6 years of experience in finance, transformation, strategy, business operations, or consulting
- Background in cross-functional partnerships in commercial finance, marketing, procurement, or retail business
- Familiarity with financial tools and systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Power BI, OneStream)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
