Description
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to understand clients' tax challenges and present the benefits of tax relief services.
Sales Process: Use a consultative sales approach to qualify leads, explain tax relief programs, and close sales.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with tax professionals and other team members to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially in the tax resolution industry
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle high call volumes, and proficiency with CRM software.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or tax-related fields can be beneficial.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:
• 2+ years Tax Relief Sales Experience
Proficiency in customized CRM- logics
• Strong phone communication skills
• Ability to multitask seamlessly
• Tech-savvy with basic experience in Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software
• Highly Motivated, Self-Starting individuals with a money-making mindset
• Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday (In-Office position)
