Job Title: Sourcing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and value creation.
- Inspire and manage a team of procurement professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies that support long-term business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure quality, innovation, and reliability.
- Oversee daily procurement activities, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to guide sourcing decisions and mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, KPI development, and benchmarking.
- Champion change management efforts to unlock value in critical spend categories.
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent within the procurement and supply chain function.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior sourcing leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of global sourcing practices, particularly in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Experience sourcing from low-cost regions and emerging markets.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
- Understanding of international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support global sourcing initiatives.
Compensation:$180000
