Job Title: Sourcing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution of procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and value creation.
• Inspire and manage a team of procurement professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies that support long-term business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure quality, innovation, and reliability.
• Oversee daily procurement activities, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to guide sourcing decisions and mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, KPI development, and benchmarking.
• Champion change management efforts to unlock value in critical spend categories.
• Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent within the procurement and supply chain function.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior sourcing leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of global sourcing practices, particularly in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Experience sourcing from low-cost regions and emerging markets.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
• Understanding of international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance standards.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support global sourcing initiatives.
