Description

Technician Requirements:

Day to Day support—of end users—customer service

6 months to 3 years target experience range of 100 % day to day Deskside (Hands on support) experience in a corporate or retail IT Support environment (any where in that experience range 6 months to 3 years)

W7/10 Apple OSX OS Support and general Client Networking support

Desktop/Laptop Installation/de-installation experience

Desktop/Laptop hardware support

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a deskside support representative role providing hands on troubleshooting support. The main office is located in Cupertino,CA with occasional support for 2nd office in Sunnyvale, CA. Hardware is 50% Apple and 50% Windows. Ticketing tool is Service Now and communication tool is Skype.
