We’re urgently hiring a Senior Satellite Systems Engineer with deep expertise in mission architecture and end-to-end satellite development. Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in satellite systems engineering
• Deep understanding of the 7 key satellite subsystems
• Ability to architect missions, write proposals, and interface with customers
• Hands-on experience with trade studies, system integration, environmental testing, and operational planning for satellite missions
• Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and foster technical excellence
• Programmatic oversight capabilities, including cost estimation, schedule management, and budget control across the full lifecycle of satellite development
• Bonus: Experience in program management or startup environments

Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000+
