Front End Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Front End Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The primary focus of this role is data entry, specifically entering prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescriptions accurately and efficiently in the system.
• Process between 50-55 scripts per shift.
• Ensure timely processing of prescription orders.
• Assist with inventory management and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve any issues.
• Maintain high standards of data entry and computer usage.

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Florida.
• Experience in order entry and fulfillment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively.

Work Environment

This position is located in a closed-door dispensing pharmacy and requires the ability to work at a computer for 8-hour shifts. It is a 100% onsite role, with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
