About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate

and timely prescription fulfillment, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill prescriptions and orders in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
• Verify order details for accuracy prior to final pharmacist review
• Label, assemble, package, and ship medications to customers
• Partner with the Customer Experience Center to meet turnaround expectations and deliver outstanding service
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and workspace organization
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and efficient pharmacy environment
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication to support seamless operations
• Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and all company policies and procedures
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations governing prescription dispensing

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Florida
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
