Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Verify order details before final pharmacist verification.
• Label, assemble, package, and ship products to customers.
• Coordinate with team counterparts in the Customer Experience Center to provide excellent service regarding turnaround time and customer expectations.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Clean and maintain the pharmacy workspace.
• Support interdepartmental communication.
• Follow all state and federal regulations related to prescription dispensing.
• Adhere to company privacy policy.

Essential Skills

• Experience in filling, fulfillment, and retail pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician credentials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage labeling and inventory tasks.
• Experience in pharmacy compounding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy Technician License.
• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience.

Work Environment

This position is based in a closed-door pharmacy setting within the filling department. You will work alongside ten other technicians at a filling station in a brand-new building in Odessa, processing approximately 4,000 scripts per day. The work schedule is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. The dress code includes scrubs (any color or print) and closed-toed shoes.
