Pharmacy Technician

Location: Odessa, FL

Schedule: 1st Shift (8-4:30pm) and 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm)

Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week

Pay: $17-$18.50 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely prescription fulfillment, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately fill prescriptions and orders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

· Verify order details for accuracy prior to final pharmacist verification.

· Label, assemble, package, and ship products to customers.

· Collaborate with the Customer Experience Center to ensure exceptional service and meet customer expectations regarding turnaround times.

· Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

· Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace.

· Support interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth workflow.

· Adhere to all SOPs and company policies, including privacy and confidentiality standards.

· Comply with all state and federal regulations related to prescription dispensing.

Qualifications:

· Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Florida.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
