Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for container pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with port terminals, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely movement of freight
• Monitor driver locations and update delivery statuses in dispatch systems
• Resolve issues related to delays, equipment, or documentation
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and container tracking
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to meet service expectations

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in drayage dispatch or intermodal logistics
• Strong knowledge of port and rail operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or transportation-related education is a plus
