Job Title: Integration & Test System Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled System Engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities for our EO/IR systems. This role bridges the gap between our sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring customers receive expert guidance during the evaluation phase and seamless support after deployment. A key component of this position also involves collaborating closely with partners and integrators to ensure smooth system integration and alignment with their specific operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions for EO/IR systems, including integration with other sensors and Command and Control (C2) systems.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements specific to EO/IR technologies and multi-sensor interoperability.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the creation of technical documentation and proposals, ensuring solutions align with both EO/IR and C2 system requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, addressing technical objections and providing insights into seamless sensor and C2 system integration to meet business goals.
- Support onboarding and implementation of EO/IR solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
- Provide technical training and documentation to customers and internal teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
- 2+ years in a technical systems integration and test role integrating both hardware and software
- Strong understanding of EO/IR technologies and systems preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, responsible, proactive, and capable of leading systemic issues
- Hands-on capabilities in the field of electro-optical products
- Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Work Environment
You'll be part of a very tight-knit team in an office of less than 10 people, which is a mix of technical field support and corporate personnel. You'll get the opportunity to travel up to 50% of the time in this role.
